For most women, perimenopause is a
confusing, angering, and incapacitating passage. As an endocrine nutritionist and herbalist who’s currently in perimenopause (I’m 50 yo), I’ve found that this challenging time also prompts us to take a serious look at our health and “clean up the house.”

In perimenopause, our bodies become more vulnerable and sensitive, less forgiving than in our 20s and 30s. Let’s honor it.
